  • The Optihealth Wellness Centre is located at 2249 Carling Avenue, Suite 320, at the corner of Carling and Woodroffe, just west of the Carlingwood Shopping Centre.

  • • Take Highway 417, and exit at Woodroffe Avenue
    • Go north on Woodroffe
    • When Woodroffe ends at Carling Avenue, turn left (west), then turn right immediately into the Carling   Corporate Centre
    • We are located in the brown office tower with entrance facing south, building 2249, suite 320
    • Visitor parking available

Bus Directions:

  • There is a bus stop directly in front of our location. And we are accessible from regular OC Transpo Routes 16, 18, and 85

Special Needs:

  • The Optihealth Wellness Centre is fully wheel chair accessible and is perfume free.
